Zebra Technologies posted first-quarter 2026 net sales of $1,495 million, up 14.3% year on year.
The Illinois-headquartered company operates across two segments. Connected Frontline, which covers mobile computing and the Elo products, generated $825 million, and Asset Visibility and Automation (AVA), home to scanning, tracking, barcode and RFID solutions deployed heavily in warehousing and distribution, contributed $670 million, up from $624 million a year earlier, with organic growth of 4.8%.

The scale of the modern Zebra has grown significantly since its early days as a barcode label printing pioneer. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter reached $347 million on a margin of 23.2%, and the company is guiding to free cash flow above $900 million for the full year.
CEO Bill Burns flagged strength in the manufacturing end market as a key driver, with e-commerce growth, broader automation adoption, and what Zebra calls “Physical AI” cited as the trends shaping demand. The recently acquired Elo Touch touchscreen business also contributed to results.
