X-Rite Pantone has launched Offset360, designed to improve the performance of existing equipment by modernizing color control.
The package combines press-side scanning, quality control and reporting software and automated ink presetting into a single closed-loop workflow, combining IntelliTrax2 scanning, MeasureColor process control and X-Rite’s ink preset technologies.
The company says its cuts reduce make-ready time and keep color consistent across jobs and sites, lowering upfront investment by up to 60 percent compared with assembling standalone tools.
The system’s open architecture is compatible with most presses and supports G7 and ISO-based process controls.
