Packaging equipment manufacturer Aesus has recently launched upgraded versions of their Eco and Delta pressure-sensitive labelers.

The new labelers target several industries, including food, beverage, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, pet food, vitamin, and chemical manufacturing.

The Eco line is designed to be cost-effective and intended for use in low—to medium-volume packaging lines, while the more industrial Delta machines are engineered for more demanding high-speed applications.

Both labelers can be supplied in several configurations, allowing them to handle a wide range of labeling applications.

The upgraded Eco and Delta Labelers are comprehensive solutions designed to transform packaging operations by improving accuracy, efficiency, and overall productivity. By incorporating these labelers into their production lines, businesses can expect:

  • Increased Productivity: Enhanced high-speed labeling and minimized downtime ensure faster production cycles, allowing businesses to meet growing demands.
  • Enhanced Quality Control: Advanced technology and precise labeling reduce errors, maintaining product consistency and quality.
  • Operational Flexibility: The versatility to handle different container types and sizes allows for diverse product lines and adaptability to market changes.
  • Cost Savings: Efficient operation and reduced waste contribute to lower operational costs, boosting profitability.

Having spent the first years of my packaging career with a European labeling equipment manufacturer, I appreciate the Euro-styling and well-thought-out design of the Asus machines. I look forward to seeing them at Pack Expo in the fall.
