ProSys Fill to Showcase High-Flexibility Tube and Stick Filling Systems

ProSys Fill will be highlighting several of its cosmetic filling and packaging systems at Cosmoprof North America, taking place January 27–29, 2026, in Miami, Florida. Visitors can find the company at Booth #329, where three machines aimed at cosmetic and personal-care manufacturers will be on display.

The show display includes the RT60 Tube Filling and Sealing System, the LB30 Lip Balm Filler, and the HL-60, (manufactured Pendergraph Machines).

RT60: One Tube Filling System for Plastic and Metal Packaging

At the center of ProSys’s booth will be the RT60, a compact eight-station rotary tube filler capable of filling up to 70 tubes per minute. Designed for flexibility, the system can handle both plastic/laminate and metal tubes on a single platform, eliminating the need for separate machines.

The RT60 features fully automatic tube filling and closing, helping manufacturers reduce labor requirements while maintaining consistent accuracy. While the eight-station indexing dial is supplied as standard, additional stations can be added as production needs grow. The system is available in plastic/laminate, metal, or combination configurations — with the combo version allowing tube type changeover via simple adjustments.

Hot-air sealing technology enables fast, reliable sealing across all plastic and laminate tubes from ⅜-inch to 2⅜-inch in diameter, and the system supports custom seal profiles and textures for differentiated packaging designs. Optional swirl filling and custom fill profiles allow brands to create visually distinctive products, while unit-dose filling makes it possible to run small tubes on the same machine.

In short: one machine, multiple tube formats, and fewer headaches on the production floor.

LB30 Lip Balm Filler: Semi-Automatic, But Seriously Capable

Also on display will be the LB30 Lip Balm Filler, a semi-automatic hot-melt filling line that fills, cools, and caps up to 30 sticks per minute. The system includes a manual loading station with an angled guide for ergonomic operation, along with a quick-change puck system that allows tool-less changeovers between different tube sizes.

The LB30 supports most standard .15-oz “500-style” lip balm tubes, including formats used by Inpres, Federal, CCP, and Sapona. An onboard cap sortation station with gravity track feeds caps to the automatic capping station, while a positive cap snap station ensures consistent, fully seated caps.

From a process-control perspective, the LB30 includes a “no tube–no fill” feature triggered by laser sensing to prevent spills. A 3-gallon jacketed stainless steel hopper provides consistent temperature control, while a heated, positive-displacement piston filling head delivers ±0.1% repeatability. A re-melt station finishes each stick with a smooth, glossy surface — a small detail that matters a lot on retail shelves.

HL-60: Compact Automation for Cosmetic Sticks

Rounding out the display is the HL-60, a compact system designed to automate feeding, labeling, and counting for cosmetic and personal-care sticks. Built to handle multiple stick sizes at high production speeds, the HL-60 is aimed at co-packers and smaller manufacturers looking for a flexible, entry-level automation solution.

By combining several processes into a reduced footprint, the HL-60 helps manufacturers increase throughput without sacrificing floor space — or budgets. American-made construction and scalable performance make it a practical option for growing operations.
