Australian Packaging Systems OEM TNA Solutions will debut the tna robag® Quantum in North America at PACK EXPO International 2026.
This VFFS bagging machine is a new approach for food manufacturers facing today’s cost pressures, labor shortages, and product line complexity. The system is engineered to help customers increase throughput, reduce waste and simplify operations.

“North American food manufacturers are under increasing pressure to deliver greater output and protect profitability while managing rising operating costs, labor constraints and growing production complexity.
At the same time, consumer demand remains resilient but is evolving. Wellness trends, portion control and greater product variety are increasing the number of pack formats and product configurations manufacturers need to manage.
Many producers are therefore being asked to run smaller pack formats and a wider range of products on existing production lines, without sacrificing throughput, efficiency or profitability.”
~ Mukul Shukla, Vice President – North America, TNA Solutions.
TNA says the new machine, which can run at up to 300 packs per minute, is built around simplified operation, autonomous setup capabilities and intuitive software to reduce reliance on specialist operator expertise, replacing time-consuming manual calibrations with intelligent automation and supporting faster operator onboarding and improved productivity. This helps operators maintain performance and respond more quickly to changing production conditions.
With flexible packaging among the fastest-growing packaging types, we can expect a lot of innovation at Pack Expo from OEMs such as TNA, something to look forward to.
If you are visiting Pack Expo in Chicago (October 18 – 21) this year, you can visit with TNA at booth N-5109.
