The growth in digital technology for label printing has revolutionised the industry, bringing innovation, shorter runs, flexibility, serialization and much more.
To make digital print technology accessible to more label converters, print specialist Domino Digital Printing is launching the new N410, a compact digital press.
This new addition to the Domino is engineered to be cost-effective, allowing converters to quickly take advantage of the many benefits of digital printing.
“Although digital printing has become a fixture in the label sector, the high initial investment can be a barrier to adoption.
While lower cost options are available, some converters are hesitant to commit to a purchase from a lesser-known partner without local support. The launch of the N410 means Domino can offer the best of both worlds: a low-cost LED label press backed by the expertise of a trusted supplier with a world-class service and support network.”
~ Michael Matthews, Product Manager DP Colour, Domino.
The New N410 label press prints in five colors, CMYK + White, at 600 DPI resolution, using UV-cured inks. The use of energy-efficient UV LED curing technology ensures low power consumption, supporting sustainability initiatives.
The new press is powered by Domino’s Sunrise DFE system, which gives greater control and efficiency across printing operations. Key advantages include fast RIP times to keep jobs moving, maximized uptime, and precise cost tracking with the Job Cost Calculator. With Domino Media Manager, converters can also centrally manage print settings for different substrates — making setup faster, easier, and more accurate.
Of course, being 2025, Sunrise DFE is AI-enabled and can manage your variable print needs, including serialization and GS1 2D barcodes.
Domino Digital Printing will showcase its new label press at Labelexpo Europe, booth E391. The show runs from September 16th to 19th, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain.
