Endoline Automation to Launch Case Sealer at Interpack

Endoline Automation announced this week that it will use Interpack 2026 as the platform to launch the latest evolution of its 7048 Fully Automatic Random Case Sealer – one of the company’s best-selling end-of-line systems. The Interpack show in Düsseldorf, running from 7 to 13 May, will see the redesigned machine make its public debut at Hall 11, Stand D74-10.

The redesign addresses two of the most pressing concerns for modern production environments: floor space and maintenance burden. New sliding access doors have reduced the overall footprint of the machine to under one metre in width – a meaningful improvement for facilities where automation is expanding but factory floor space is not. Cable routing within the machine has been significantly simplified, reducing the volume of cabling required and improving long-term reliability.

The core functionality remains what has made the 7048 a workhorse in high-volume dispatch operations. The machine detects the height and width of each incoming box in real time, adjusting instantly to accommodate varying case sizes without any need for pre-sorting or manual intervention. It is designed to handle the irregular and unpredictable mix of case sizes common in e-commerce fulfilment and manufacturing environments, where a consistent, single-size case flow is rarely the reality.

For logistics and end-of-line packaging managers, the message from Endoline is that smarter design is making automation more accessible – both in terms of the physical space it demands and the technical resource required to keep it running.
